HD Stone is a professional natural stone supplier and exporter headquartered in Xiamen, China. We supply marble, granite, quartzite, travertine, limestone, onyx, and engineered quartz products for commercial and residential construction projects worldwide. Our Site is primarily a B2B inquiry and information platform.
2.Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You must not:
- Use the Site for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems

3.Product Information & Quotations
All product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing information displayed on this Site are for reference purposes only. They do not constitute a binding offer or contract.
- Prices are provided upon individual inquiry and may vary based on quantity, specifications, and market conditions
- Natural stone is a product of nature; color, pattern, and texture variations between samples and final products are inherent and expected
- Final product specifications, pricing, and terms are confirmed only through a written purchase agreement or proforma invoice signed by both parties
4.Inquiry and Order Process
Submitting an inquiry form on our Site does not create a binding contract. An order is only confirmed when:
- HD Stone issues a proforma invoice or order confirmation in writing
- The customer pays the required deposit as specified in the invoice
We reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiry at our discretion.
5.Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A deposit of 30% of the total order value is required to confirm production
- The remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment
- Accepted payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, credit card, and Western Union
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- HD Stone is not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges
6.Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. In general:
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production complexity, port conditions, customs clearance, and force majeure events
- Risk of loss and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing
- HD Stone is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our reasonable control
7.Inspection and Quality Claims
We encourage buyers to inspect goods upon delivery. If you discover any quality issues:
- Notify us in writing within 5 business days of receiving the goods
- Provide photographic evidence and a detailed description of the defect
- Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted
Natural stone variations in color, veining, and texture are not considered defects. Our quality guarantee applies only to structural integrity and conformance with agreed specifications.
8.Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of custom-fabricated and internationally shipped stone products:
- Returns are accepted only for products that are materially defective or significantly non-conforming to agreed specifications
- Returns must be pre-authorized in writing by HD Stone
- Refunds or replacements will be offered at HD Stone’s discretion based on the nature and extent of the defect
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility unless the defect was caused by HD Stone
9.Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photos, and design — is the property of Xiamen HD Stone IMP. & EXP. Co., Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent. You may share links to our Site for non-commercial, informational purposes.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or our products shall be first attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Xiamen, China, or resolved by arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), at HD Stone’s election.
