Q4: What is your production time?
Standard marble, granite, and quartz orders take 7–20 days. However, larger or complex projects may take longer.
Q5: Do you provide free samples?
Yes, we offer small marble, granite, and quartzite samples for free. However, buyers cover courier costs.
Q6: How do you package stone for export?
All slabs and tiles are packed in wooden crates with metal strips. Moreover, foam and plastic wrapping ensure safe shipping.
Q7: What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, Credit Card, PayPal, and Western Union. A 30% deposit is required, and the balance must be settled before shipment.
Q8: Do you arrange international shipping?
Yes. We provide worldwide delivery and assist with customs clearance. Moreover, we work with reliable freight forwarders.
